1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and TopanSakti as the platform provider. By accessing the website, downloading the app, registering an account, or using any service provided by TopanSakti, you automatically declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms outlined in this document.

3 Account Registration and Management

Owning more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, bank account, or device — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances within them.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as it appears on your national ID, an active phone number, a valid email address, and bank account details for transaction purposes. Errors or mismatched data may result in delays or rejection of withdrawal requests.

• The account name must match the name on the registered bank account.

• Confirmed game results are final and cannot be disputed, unless a documented technical error is proven.
